Users can design templates on the TAIDEN Nameplate Management System, and by using the scanning feature of this tool, they can scan the QR code on the nameplate to connect to it via Bluetooth. After editing the template information, the data is sent to the nameplate via Bluetooth, completing the setup of the displayed content.
2. Users can apply to join other accounts or invite others to join their account using their account or email address. Once the receiving account agrees to the request, users can switch to the other account, share data, and collaborate on template design and more. After collaboration is complete, users can choose whether to delete the accounts they have added.
3. Users can design seating plans on the TAIDEN Nameplate Management System. After downloading the seating chart through the tool, it will search for nearby devices based on the seating content and set the template content accordingly.
4. When users need to delete their currently registered account, they can go to the Personal Information - Account and Security page to unbind the account. Unbinding will clear all data associated with that account.
